Dennis Klein Bio

Dennis has been involved in company transactions for nearly a decade, guiding investors of all sizes in making well-informed investment decisions. He enjoys discussing business models and markets with managers and company owners just as much as diving deep into the supporting financial data. Dennis worked as an Investment Banker at GP Bullhound, specializing in transaction advisory for fast-growing technology companies. He began his career in PwC's Financial Due Diligence Team. Dennis holds a Master of Laws in Mergers and Acquisitions from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. In his free time, he enjoys literature, sports (Hamburger SV all the way) and exploring Berlin's dynamic cultural scene.
