Patrick Chang joined Kirtland in 2023. Prior to joining Kirtland, he held investment roles with two Cleveland-based private equity groups - Hunter Valley Company and CW Industrial Partners. Patrick began his career in banking, first in the private equity coverage group at PNC, then in the leveraged finance group at KeyBanc Capital Markets. Patrick graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a degree in Finance.
