Michael Iuliano Bio

Mike Iuliano is a Managing Director and the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Kinderhook. He has over 25 years of experience in the private funds space, beginning with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Mike was General Counsel and a partner with Camulos Capital, a multi-billion dollar credit distressed fund that spun out of Soros Asset Management. Mike was most recently the General Counsel of Saluda Grade Asset Management, a multi-billion dollar asset management and private equity fund. Mike graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
