Prasad Chandra Bio

Prasad Chandra has worked in the finance industry for over 20 years. He currently serves as the President, Kilmer Capital Partners Limited and provides oversight of Kilmer’s investments in the private equity area while working closely with its respective management teams. His private equity experience includes buy/sell side M&A, transaction sourcing, structuring, negotiations and due diligence. Mr. Chandra’s prior experience includes senior business operating roles with specialization in CFO services, management consulting, business turnarounds, restructurings, change management, integrations and divestitures across a variety of industries including automotive, forestry, consumer products, real estate, technology and manufacturing. He joined Kilmer through its direct investment in Boardwalk Gaming, a multi-jurisdictional gaming and entertainment provider, in October 2007. Mr. Chandra is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, holds an MBA from the University of Windsor and a BBA from the University of Toronto.
