Alison Tsui Bio

Alison joined Kerogen’s predecessor as General Counsel in 2009. She has overall responsibility for legal and compliance functions at Kerogen. Alison has 20 years’ commercial and corporate finance law experience, including private equity fund establishment, M&A and restructuring, and capital raisings. Prior to Kerogen, she was in the corporate department of Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) in Hong Kong. Alison holds LLB (Honours) and LLM degrees from the University of Hong Kong. She was admitted as a solicitor of Hong Kong and England and Wales.
