Lauren Haag Bio

Lauren joined Kelso in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Legal and Compliance group at J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC for 13 years. After starting her career as a Legal Assistant at Sidley Austin LLP, Lauren worked as a Paralegal for both Bear Stearns’ investment bank and Bear Stearns Merchant Banking. Ms. Haag received a B.A. magna cum laude in Government from Connecticut College.
