Arnaud Cohen Bio

Arnaud is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Keensight Capital. Prior to Keensight Capital, Arnaud spent a total of 18 years in the Transaction Advisory Services practice of EY. After completing various M&A and fundraising projects during the first two years of his career, Arnaud specialized in Valuation & Business Modelling projects for which he successfully advised a wide array of large corporate and private equity clients. Arnaud worked for 2 years in the New York office of EY (from 2005 to 2007), before re-joining their Paris office, where he became a Partner in 2010. Arnaud is a graduate of the Dauphine University (Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance), of the Sorbonne University (Master’s degree in Financial Engineering) and holds the DESCF.
