Gilead brings to Kedma his experience in complex cross-border transactions, deal-making and negotiations. Gilead’s instinct for business development together with his vast knowledge of growth oriented strategies help our companies reach their full potential.Gilead serves as Chairman of Iskoor Metals and Steels, Brand Industries, Carmel Wineries and Continuity Software, and is a board member of S.AL. Prior to this he co-led Kedma’s investments in Marina, and FIS. Prior to founding Kedma, Gilead was a Director at Giza Venture Capital, where he led investments in communications and information technology companies, and directed Giza's European business activities. Prior to Giza, Gilead was a corporate and securities lawyer working in leading practices in Israel and abroad. Gilead holds an LL.B. (Magna Cum Laude) and a B.A. in Humanities (Interdisciplinary Program for Exceptional Students), both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
