Emmett Mosley IV Bio

Emmett Mosley IV is a Partner of KCM Capital Partners LLC. Emmett has a deep background in lower middle market business services, value-added distribution and specialty industrial end markets, with more than 30 years of private equity experience, over which, he has led or participated in the direct investment of more than $500 million of debt and equity capital. Prior to joining KCM, Emmett was a Managing Director with JZ Partners, a leading Chicago and New York-based private investment firm focused on lower middle market buy-and-build strategies, where he originated, structured, executed and managed direct private equity investments across a wide range of lower middle market companies, including those in the industrial, manufacturing, business services, value-added distribution, consumer products and healthcare sectors, while serving or acting as an observer on the Board of Directors for nine portfolio companies. Prior to JZ, Emmett was a senior investment professional with Jordan Industries, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and negotiating private equity buyouts and recapitalizations. Emmett graduated with a BS in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. He lives with his wife and four children in Southern California.
