Ali Rajput Bio

Ali Rajput is a controller for Kayne Anderson, responsible for investment accounting, financial statement and audit preparation, and investor reporting for the marketable securities funds. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2021, Rajput was a vice president of accounting at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., working on their multi-strategy offering known as “global credit.” Rajput served as the controller of Imperial Capital Asset Management, LLC for a year and was their assistant controller for three years prior thereto. Other experience includes SS&C GlobeOp as an associate manager of funding accounting and seven years at Deutsche Bank in various fund accounting and operational roles. Rajput earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.
