Stephanie Towers Bio

In her role as Chief Administrative Officer, Stephanie is responsible for Katalyst’s day-to-day operations, as well as providing portfolio companies with operational support in areas such as talent sourcing and management. Stephanie brings 20+ years of human capital and business management experience to the Katalyst Capital team. She specializes in designing and driving human-centered operations and talent management solutions that empower connected, dynamic teams in their drive for meaningful impact and growth. Stephanie is acting Chief People Officer of Azenity Labs, a Katalyst portfolio company, and the former CEO of the Kadens Family Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to closing the pervasive wealth and education gaps in the US. Before that, she served as COO at Laura Davidson PR, a travel and lifestyle communications agency in New York City. Stephanie holds a BA degree from Bucknell University.
