Jay Jang Bio

Mr. Jang originally joined JPB Partners in 2008 as President and CEO of JPB Outsourcing Services, a provider of outsourced finance and accounting and human resources services to small to medium-sized businesses. In 2009, Mr. Jang participated in the purchase of an outsourced human resources firm as a JPB Partners' bolt-on acquisition to further expand outsourcing services into talent management, human resource audits, and performance management. Mr. Jang is involved with all aspects of new deal flow, due diligence, and portfolio value creation supporting the managing directors of JPB Capital Partners.
