Randy Guttman Bio

Randy serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer overseeing the firm’s operations. Prior to joining JMI in 2007, Randy was a senior associate in the assurance and advisory business services practice of EY. He is a board member of the Washington, D.C. & Baltimore chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association, and a steering committee member of ACG’s Private Equity Regulatory Task Force (PERT). He is a certified public accountant (inactive). Randy currently sits as a board member of the Port Discovery Children’s Museum. University of Maryland, BS in Accounting and Finance from the Robert H.
