Mojibayo Alloh Bio

Mr. Alloh brings over a decade of experience in finance and investment banking across sub-Saharan Africa. Before joining Jacmel, he was the Assistant Director of Finance at Alerzo Limited, a leading B2B e-commerce company in Nigeria, where he spearheaded financial improvement initiatives and performance. Prior to Alerzo, Mr. Alloh was a Senior Associate at CardinalStone Partners, where he advised on M&A and capital raises across oil and gas, real estate, and healthcare sectors. During his time at CardinalStone Partners, Mr. Alloh was responsible for leading the establishment of a $15 million Private Special Opportunities Fund for the firm’s clients and ~$50M in structured debt transactions. Mr. Alloh holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is also a certified Chartered Accountant (ICAN) and a Moody’s certified Credit Analyst.
