Patricia Capel Bio

Ms. Capel joined JAB in 2021, following 25 years at AB InBev and Ambev, after previously working for PwC and Cargill Agricola S.A. She held several senior roles at AB InBev, including VP of Finance for Europe, senior roles in M&A integrations, VP of Global People (HR), and President of the Andina Business Unit overseeing commercial operations in Chile, Bolivia, and Paraguay. Ms. Capel leads the People agenda for JAB and serves on the Board of Directors of JAB's portfolio companies, playing a key role in driving JAB’s long-term value creation strategy and operational excellence across the firm.
