Lauren joined JAB Holding following 30 years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. At Skadden, she was a member of the Policy Committee and served as President of the Skadden Foundation. In addition to JAB, Lauren serves on the Board of Directors of a number of non-profit organizations, including Covenant House International, The Masters School, the O+ Music Festival, and is the Chair-elect of the Board of New York Lawyers for the Public Interest.
