Jose Cil Bio

Mr. Cil joined JAB in May 2025 as Chairman of the Fast Casual Restaurant Platform, overseeing iconic brands such as Panera Bread, Pret A Manger, and Caribou Coffee. He was previously CEO of Restaurant Brands International, which includes Burger King and Popeyes, and held 20 years of leadership roles at Burger King, including Global President and President of EMEA. He brings extensive experience in growth, operations, marketing, new unit development, M&A, and team building.
