He is engaged in 5 investments in Japan Waste (Industrial waste treatment), RENATUS (Recycling and waste disposal, Environmental infrastructure and building maintenance Consulting), Sincere (industrial waste treatment, building maintenance, waste management), Shinnihon Kaihatsu (industrial waste treatment, home appliance recycling), and Harita Metal Co., Ltd.(recycling of metal). He helps not only top management but also middle management to recognize problems, formulate solutions to them, and put them into action. He strives to convey the decision-making process and concepts such as “belief” and “worthwhile” to young managers who will lead the next generation. Before joining J-STAR, he was responsible for corporate sales (in Odenmacho Branch and Kobe Branch) and M&A finance at MUFG Bank, and responsible for M&A origination and execution, mainly in the manufacturing sector, in the Investment Bank division of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities. He graduated from the Faculty of Business and Commerce of Keio University. He obtained an MBA at the School of Business and Administration of Hitotsubashi University.”
