Stephen Brooks Bio

Mr. Brooks joined JFLCO in 1998 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s activities, including the acquisition, oversight and disposition of portfolio investments as well as the firm’s sourcing and business development activities. He has served on many of the boards for JFLCO’s investments, including currently serving as Chairman of CTS Engines, Mission Microwave and Trillium Engineering, and as a director of CodeMettle, Global Marine Group and TMS Group. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brooks was a founding member of the Aerospace and Defense Group at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Company, where he focused on private equity-related middle market M&A. A native of Australia, Mr. Brooks graduated salutatorian and summa cum laude from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he earned a B.B.A. in finance with a minor in English.
