Mr. Dong is a Managing Director at J.C. Flowers & Co. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Dong was a member of the Financial Institutions Group at Barclays Investment Bank for three years in New York focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions in the insurance sector. Mr. Dong serves on the Board of Directors for Ariel Re and Vericity, Inc. He received a B.S. (Honors) in Finance and Accounting with High Distinction from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
