Walter Bosco Bio

Walter Bosco has over 15 years’ experience in private equity and credit. Prior to Izurium, Mr. Bosco was a director at SISU Capital in London, a multi-strategy alternative investor with over $500M of AuM. In this role he led and completed a number of private equity and high yield / loan transactions across Europe. Before moving to SISU Capital, Mr. Bosco was an investment manager in the Leveraged Finance department at Intesa Sanpaolo in Milan, and subsequently a senior investment manager in their private equity department. Mr. Bosco graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan, is a CFA charterholder and holds an MSc in Corporate and Insolvency Law from the Bocconi University in Milan. Mr. Bosco currently serves on Capital Spring’s Board of Directors.
