Danielle Hootnick Bio

Danielle Hootnick serves as the Global Head of Capital Formation & Investor Relations for ITE Management, where she leads fundraising, marketing and investor relations initiatives. She previously served as Senior Advisor to ITE’s Capital Formation & Investor Relations team. Prior to joining ITE, Danielle served as Partner, Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Investor Relations at Greycroft, a seed-to-growth venture capital firm. Prior to Greycroft, Danielle was a Partner and founding member of Arcmont Asset Management where she served as Head of Global Business Development and Investor Relations from the firm’s inception as BlueBay Private Debt, growing AUM to more than €20B. Arcmont spun out of BlueBay Asset Management in 2019, backed by Dyal Capital Partners, and later sold to Nuveen in 2022. Prior to Arcmont, Danielle led investor relations and capital development at FirstMark Capital, a technology venture capital firm she helped to spin out of multi-strategy hedge fund Pequot Capital, was as a marketing executive at American Express, and as a strategy consultant at The Parthenon Group. She sits on the Advisory Boards of Inceptiv and The June Group.
