Reid Madden Bio

Reid is a Managing Director at Iron Point and serves on the ESG Committee and as a non-voting member on the Valuation Committee and the Investment Committee of each of the Iron Point funds. Reid joined Iron Point in 2011 and is actively involved in financial analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, and asset management activities related to new and existing investments. During his tenure at Iron Point, Reid has been involved in Iron Point’s investments in the healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, and self-storage sectors. Prior to joining Iron Point, Reid was an investment banking analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. from 2008 to 2010. While at Baird, Reid worked on a range of corporate finance transactions for clients in the real estate and financial services industries. B.A. in Economics from Yale University;
