Alex Wilson Bio

Alex joined Iron Path Capital in September 2021. He previously worked at Quad-C where he evaluated and executed private equity investments across the business services, industrial services, specialty chemicals, specialty distribution, healthcare and building products sectors. While at Quad-C, he worked with Galleher, HaystackID, S.i. Systems, Village Gourmet and Stanton Carpet. Prior to joining Quad-C, Alex worked at Moelis & Company where he led transactions as the sole analyst in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and restructuring across multiple industries. Alex holds a B.S. degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
