Joe Devine Bio

Joe is a co-founder of Ion Equity and takes a leading role in most of its investments and exits. He has filled a number of Non Executive and Executive positions on portfolio companies. Joe has been involved in developing integration strategies, business models reviews and portfolio exits in the energy and services sector. Prior to co-founding Ion Equity, Joe was a Director at Ernst & Young where his clients included some of Ireland’s leading companies. He has extensive experience advising growing companies on how to achieve their business objectives. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants as well as an Associate of the Institute of Taxation.
