Daniel O'Donohoe Bio

Daniel O'Donohoe has been with Ion Equity since 2006 and is experienced in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and corporate development. He has invested across a wide range of sectors including film studios, healthcare, hotels, renewable energy, outsourcing services and forestry. His private equity successes to date include Ardmore Studios, Nua Healthcare, SWS Energy, Ocean Media and Southwestern BPO and he continues to seek investment opportunities for the firm. He is a proactive member of a number of Boards and provides operational management and strategic direction for these businesses. He previously worked with AIB Corporate Finance, ING Barings and KPMG and is a Chartered Accountant with a background in Economics.
