Peter Kroha Bio

Peter Kroha joined INVISION in September 2014, opening a new office in Düsseldorf to support the investment activities of INVISION in Germany. Additionally, Peter Kroha is responsible for the investments in TonerParter, Dr Deppe Group, NicLen, Ledlenser and Planet Sports. Prior to INVISION, Peter Kroha spent 15 years at Montagu Private Equity LLP, a pan-European private equity firm. Initially based in London he moved to Düsseldorf in 1999, where he had overvall responsibility for Montagu’s activities in German-speaking regions. He was invovled in a number of successful transactions in a variety of sectors. Peter Kroha was a member of the Investment Committee as well as Management Group of Montagu. He was involved in raising several successful private equity funds including Montagu IV, with total committed capital of €2.5bn. Before his time at Montagu, Peter worked for the mezzanine finance unit of HSBC Bank in London.
