Edgar Perez Bio

Edgar worked at 414 Capital, an investment banking firm specializing in valuations and mergers and acquisitions of companies in Mexico, where he participated in transactions in industries such as financial services, industrials, consumer goods, e-commerce, and healthcare. He was also involved in negotiations for the purchase and sale of shares and assets of companies. Prior to 414, Edgar worked at the investment bank Citigroup, analyzing the consumer sector and developing investment strategies for Mexico. Edgar began his career in the Business Banking division of Banamex, focusing on credit analysis of companies in diverse sectors such as healthcare and consumer goods. Master's degree in Finance from London Business School and Bachelor's degree in Financial Administration from ITESM.
