David Golder Bio

David serves on IMC’s strategic development team, where he is responsible for identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities and analyzing current partner companies within the healthcare services industry. Prior to joining IMC, David was an investment banking analyst for Fidus Partners, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory for middle-market companies. Previously, David was an analyst at Morehead Capital, where he assisted in the analysis of investment opportunities. David graduated from North Carolina State University, where he was an Alexander Hamilton Scholar, earning a B.S. in business and a B.A. in international economics. His musical tastes suggest that he is less stuffy than his college degree titles sound.
