Warren Knapp Bio

Warren Knapp joined Investcorp in 2011 and currently leads the Tech-Enabled Services and Data & Information Services verticals. Warren is also a member of the Investment Committee. From 2011 to 2014, Warren was a member of Investcorp Technology Partners, the middle-market technology investment arm of Investcorp, where he focused on growth equity investments in the technology sector. Prior to joining Investcorp, Warren was a member of Morgenthaler Partners’ Boston-based private equity team, where he focused on investing in middle-market business services companies. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Edgeview Partners in Charlotte, a middle-market mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. He currently serves on the board of directors of ICR, Resultant, and Revature. Warren holds a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
