Michael Morrissey Bio

Michael joined Inverness Graham in 2004. He is a member of Inverness Graham’s Executive Leadership Group and serves on both the Flagship Fund and Green Light Fund Investment Committees. His deal responsibilities include sourcing and assessing investment opportunities, coordinating financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions and working with management teams post-acquisition. Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Michael was a Vice President of Business Development with Boston-based Audax Group, a multi-billion-dollar private equity firm that manages both leveraged buyout and mezzanine debt funds. He also served as a strategy consultant in Bain & Company’s private equity practice. Before joining Bain, Michael was an entrepreneur who raised start-up capital and co-founded a multi-location consumer products manufacturer. Prior to the start-up, he operated and sold a hardware products business.
