Michael Gontar Bio

Michael is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of InterVest’s investment committee. Prior to joining InterVest in 2011, he was in the Transaction Services group of the international accounting firm KPMG LLP, specializing in private equity due diligence and financial transactions. Michael serves on the board of Directors of multiple portfolio companies including but not limited to Oxford Finance, TriplePoint Capital and Somerset Capital Group. He is also the President and founder of a NY based real estate investment firm focused on residential properties in the NY region. Michael is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business.
