Grant Shaffer Bio

Grant Shaffer is a Vice President and co-founder of Integrity Growth Partners, serves as a board member at CoachCare and Highway, and is actively involved in the firm’s investments in Algo, Eon, ScalePad and Wonders. He is primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio companies, and deal execution. Prior to joining Integrity in 2019, Grant was an Associate at Kayne Partners (growth equity strategy), where he worked on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company monitoring support. During Grant’s tenure at Kayne, he participated in board meetings as an observer for Search Optics and CellTrust Corporation. Prior to joining Kayne in 2016, Grant was an investment associate with Lead Edge Capital, a venture capital firm in New York. Grant earned a B.A. in technology and innovation (concentration in business operations) and a minor in economic history from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of the office, Grant enjoys the outdoors, trying new foods and travel. As a Philadelphia native, Grant lives and breathes all things Philadelphia, especially its sports teams.
