Evan Brower Bio

Evan Brower is a Principal of InTandem Capital. He has been identifying, evaluating, and executing private equity transactions in the healthcare sector for nearly a decade. Prior to joining InTandem, Mr. Brower was a Principal at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a global private equity firm within the healthcare investing team. Prior to CD&R, he worked at Court Square Capital Partners and CCMP Capital Partners. Mr. Brower has been instrumental in the completion of numerous successful transactions across the healthcare and pharma services landscape, including Millennium Physician Group, M2GEN, Medical Knowledge Group, and J Knipper and Company. Mr. Brower has an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
