Amy Wilson Bio

Amy Wilson is an Operating Partner of InTandem Capital. Amy brings experience in Financial Planning and Analysis from her work with private and publicly traded healthcare companies and as an equity analyst for hedge funds and institutional investors. She has deep experience building analytical rigor at rapidly growing companies and managing the company-side due diligence process for investments by both private equity and strategic investors. She works closely with InTandem’s portfolio companies to enhance their financial reporting, planning, and analysis capabilities to support rapid growth. This includes designing financial reporting systems to ensure the successful financial integration of acquisitions and developing analytical frameworks to measure and forecast performance at both the unit and enterprise level. Prior to joining InTandem, Amy was Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance at Cano Health, Inc. Previously, she was a healthcare equity analyst and led business development for two start-up biotechnology companies. She received her BA with highest distinction in economics and East Asian studies from Penn State University and her MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
