Tony Broglio Bio

Tony is a founding Partner at Insignia. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution, and working with Insignia’s portfolio companies on operational initiatives. Prior to co-founding Insignia in 2012, Tony was a Principal and member of the Executive Committee of Lake Capital, a Chicago-based private equity fund with over $1.3 billion under management. During his more than nine years with Lake, Tony played a leading role and served on the Boards of a large number of the firm’s successful investments. Prior to Lake, he spent five years in merchant and investment banking with two boutique firms executing mergers and acquisitions and private and public equity offerings across a number of industries. Tony received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
