Sam Rhee Bio

Sam joined Insight in 2022. He focuses on investments in both high-growth and mature software businesses, and is responsible for executing transactions and assisting in portfolio management post-close. Prior to joining Insight, Sam was a member of the investment team at Francisco Partners, where his role included conducting due diligence on new investments, negotiating purchase agreements, arranging financing commitments, and working closely with management teams at the board level to support value creation initiatives and add-on M&A. Previously, Sam worked in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs. Sam holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Columbia University.
