Rajiv Gihwala Bio

Rajiv joined Insight in 2021 as part of the Diligence, Growth & Strategy team. In his role, Rajiv conducts and coordinates due diligence for Insight and its portfolio companies on new investments and M&A, and works to identify, prioritize, and execute value creation activities across our portfolio with the support of Onsite’s team of experienced software operators and experts. Prior to Insight, Rajiv worked at McKinsey & Company on a wide variety of topics and industries across their offices in Johannesburg, Lagos, Toronto, and most recently New York.
