Jed Heller Bio

Jed Heller joined Insight in 2019 as Head of Human Capital, and is responsible for overseeing the firm's people and culture initiatives. Prior to joining Insight, Jed worked at Foursquare, the location intelligence company, as Senior Director of Human Resources. Previously, Jed was a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at BlackRock, driving human capital initiatives for analytics and risk management functions. In addition, he has prior experience in financial services and the apparel industry in a variety of human resources specialist roles, ranging from compensation and HR information systems to campus recruiting. Jed has a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with majors in Communication Science and East Asian Studies.
