Eugenia (Bejar) Lustgarten Bio

Eugenia joined Insight in 2018. Prior to joining, she worked on the Control Functions Technology group at Bank of America where she built RPA solutions to automate independent testing functions and compliance routines throughout the bank. Eugenia graduated cum laude from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics and minors in Engineering Entrepreneurship, Mathematics, and Political Science. During her time at Penn, she served as Vice President of Hexagon, Penn Engineering’s senior society, and led tours of the Engineering school. Eugenia was born in Mexico and is fluent in both Spanish and Hebrew. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and dancing, having been a dancer in a professional ballet company all throughout her teens.
