Eric is a SVP on Insight Onsite’s Sales CoE. Eric started his career in Sales and quickly discovered his passion for Sales Operations and Go-To-Market planning. Most recently, Eric ran the Sales Operations and Proposal response teams at Conduent, improving annual sales growth from -25% in 2018/2019 to +35% growth in 2020/2021, as well as a 95% increase in seller productivity. Prior to Conduent, Eric held roles in Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, Sales, and served as a Sales Effectiveness Consultant.
