Amir Ravandoust Bio

Amir joined Insight in 2023 and works with portfolio companies on growth acceleration, operational transformation, and scaling through acquisition and integration. Prior to Insight, Amir worked at Vector Capital, focusing on operational transformation, tuck-in acquisitions and post-merger integration, and a variety of projects covering geographical expansion, go-to-market transformation, offshoring, and new product launches. Amir has also served in interim COO and CFO roles. Before joining Vector, Amir was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). During his tenure at BCG, Amir focused on strategy, corporate development, and operations in the TMT, Energy, and Consumer sectors, serving clients across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC. Amir graduated from Stanford University with an MS in Management Science, a BS in Management Science and Engineering, and a BA in International Relations.
