Chris Sheffert Bio

Sheffert has a demonstrated background creating valuable middle-market companies as a private equity investor, advisor and business owner. As a Partner with Manchester Capital/Companies, he led sourcing and structuring of middle-market buyout investments and advised boards, investors and lenders on ways to create value. At Svoboda Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, he successfully sourced, structured and managed investments in middle-market business services and distribution companies. Mr. Sheffert has served as a guest speaker on topics of private equity, entrepreneurship, and family business at Stanford, Kellogg, St. Olaf and various industry associations. He holds a BA degree from St. Olaf College and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
