Olivier has over 16 years of experience in private equity. He participated in several capital growth infusion and buy-out transactions as minority or majority shareholder. Before he joined InnovaFonds, Olivier had 15 years of experience at Sigefi Private Equity (Siparex group), then directed the Evaluation/Transmission department at Segeco. He began his professional career as Associate in the M&A department of Ernst & Young. Graduated from Ecole de Management de grenoble, he holds a DESCF and DESS in Evaluation and Transmission of Companies from University de Lyon II.
