Thierry Giron Bio

After a first experience in auditing, Thierry joined the research department at Crédit National (now Natixis), specializing in sector analysis for Private Equity subsidiaries including Initiative & Finance, which he joined in 1993 to work on a specialist environment fund. Passionate about SMEs and their transformation, he stayed! He has been the company’s Managing Director since 2010. Thierry has been involved in many SME buyouts, including the takeover of Amplitude, a small orthopedic prosthetics firm that became the leading independent on the French market; the carve-out of SQLI’s medical software business, Ido-In, and the buyout of Melvita, a pioneer in organic cosmetics in France. Thierry is a graduate of ICN Business School.
