Jérôme Mathieu Bio

Jérôme began his career with several independent advisory firms as a financial, strategic and employee relations analyst. He joined Initiative & Finance in 2013 as an analyst, before becoming an Investment Director in 2022. Jérôme has been involved in many operations, including the primary OBO of Azergo, the French leader of high-end ergonomic office layout equipment, and the primary OBO of Inomed Technology, a Swiss SME specializing in the design and manufacture of sterilization trays for orthopedic and spinal surgery. Jérôme was a student at IAE Lyon.
