Roddy Green Bio

Roddy is an Investment Director working with investee companies and their management teams to help drive growth and maximise value. Prior to joining Inflexion in 2020, Roddy spent several years in the investment team at Endless LLP, a leading transformational investor in the UK, where he gained significant hands-on experience working with investee companies. He subsequently spent a year as a Principal in the investment team at True, where he was responsible for leading a variety of exits, portfolio projects and new investments. Before joining Endless, Roddy was in the audit and corporate finance departments at EY and qualified as a chartered accountant. Outside work, Roddy enjoys watching and playing sports, particularly football. He is a lifelong Coventry City supporter which, from a young age, helped him learn the valuable life skills of resilience and dealing with disappointment. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
