Tom Ninneman Bio

Tom has over 30 years of domestic and international experience in operations, finance, M&A and management leadership. Prior to joining IOP, Tom served in leadership roles at a variety of manufacturing companies, most recently as CEO of Monroe Truck Equipment, a former IOP portfolio company. Prior to that, Tom also held management positions at Spartan Motors, Inc. (COO), Utilimaster (President), Taylor Corporation (President) and Oshkosh Corporation (Director of European Operations). In his early career, Tom also served as a Captain in the United States Army in active and reserve duty assignments. Tom holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame with a major in Accounting. Tom also completed the U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer Basic Course, while completing multiple professional development courses throughout his career.
