Kyle Kirk Bio

Kyle has over 15 years of experience as a credit and special situations investor and investment banker. At IOP, Kyle is responsible for sourcing and executing as well as managing credit opportunities investments. Before joining IOP, Kyle was a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Special Situations and Financial Restructuring Group, focusing on representing companies, creditors, and sponsors in restructuring and capital-raising transactions. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, he was a Director at Arbour Lane Capital Management, a middle market distressed hedge fund, and prior to that he was a high-yield and distressed research analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston. He started his career as a private equity analyst for LCG Associates and in the leveraged finance department at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Kyle earned a BSBA from the University of Florida and an MBA from Columbia University. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
