Roberto Woldenberg Bio

Mr. Woldenberg brings over two decades of experience in private equity and investment banking. He co-founded Indigo Capital with Mr. Jasso and is a Managing Partner of the firm. Prior to co-founding Indigo Capital, Mr. Woldenberg was an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at J.P. Morgan & Co., in New York. While there, he served a diverse group of clients in the region, assisting on significant advisory and financing transactions. Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, Mr. Woldenberg earned a joint bachelor's degree in economics and East Asian studies from Columbia University in New York. Mr. Woldenberg is Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Torrecom Partners and member of the board of Communications Tower Group, and KSC Foods.
